Septem - Fünfter Tag / fifth day

 

Ps 104,24-26; Ps 148,7

Und Gott sprach:

Das Wasser soll wimmeln von einer Fülle lebender Wesen, und es sollen Vögel dahinfliegen über die Erde an der Himmels-ausdehnung!

 

Und Gott schuf die großen Meerestiere und alle lebenden Wesen, die sich regen, von denen das Wasser wimmelt, nach ihrer Art, dazu allerlei Vögel mit Flügeln nach ihrer Art. Und Gott sah, daß es gut war.

 

Und Gott segnete sie und sprach: Seid fruchtbar und mehrt euch und füllt das Wasser in den Meeren, und die Vögel sollen sich mehren auf der Erde! Und es wurde Abend, und es wurde Morgen: der fünfte Tag.

The Fifth Day: Fish and Birds

God said, "Let the waters swarm with swarms of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth in the open expanse of sky."

 

God created the large sea creatures, and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed, after their kind, and every winged bird after its kind. God saw that it was good. God blessed them, saying,

 

"Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth." There was evening and there was morning, a fifth day.
